Enrollment Instructions
- Early enrollment is until November 3, 2012 and corresponding payments should be received before November 10, 2012
- Prices for late and early enrollment are as described in the prior page.
- The first 20 early enrollees with a Full Package will have Workshop B free, all other's cost for that workshop will be 50 dollars per person. Capacity for this Special Workshop B is limited.
- Enrollees with Full Package will receive additional discount of : 10% if enrolled as a couple, and 10% if he or she enrolls a "new friend" with a Full Package, and 10% if travelling more than 50 miles one way. Please detail in the form below , under Special Discounts" what applies if any.
